PHYSICAL THERAPY

Have an injury?  Whether it just happened or you have been in pain for awhile…let’s get you feeling better!  Physical Therapy consists of an evaluation then appropriate treatments including, but not limited to corrective exercise, activity modification, strengthening, manual therapy, joint mobilizations, and cupping.   Sessions are all one on one and 45-60 minutes in length.


INJURY PREVENTION

Can we prevent all injuries?! Absolutely not!  BUT…many times injuries come from lacking mobility, decreased stability, weakness, or poor technique and faulty movement patterns that can be improved with proper assessment and corrective exercise!  After assessment we will discuss whether it will be best to continue on your own, follow custom programming, or have consistent follow-ups.  Oftentimes a check in every 4-6 weeks can be beneficial to make sure we are on the right path and can keep you feeling your best!


CUSTOM GROUP CLASSES

Is your team, athletic organization, or friend group interested in group classes? Built by Borda group programs are still going strong! I’m offering virtual class experiences until it is safe to workout together in person again. These group classes are a super fun way to stay strong and active when you can’t get out to the gym.
