  • Physical Therapy

    Sprained ankle, gymnast wrist, spondylolysis, torn ACL….List list could go on and on! I have been helping athletes get back to their sport since 2008. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy I will take a close look at your injury (and all surrounding areas) to find all of the areas you can improve to get back to your sport.

  • Movement screens

    One of the best things you can do as an athlete is have a full movement screen to determine what areas you could improve on. You will leave with a list of exercises to help make you more mobile, improve stability, be stronger so that you can stay healthy and perform your best.

    I also offer these as group movement assessments for teams to help understand where they could improve to help prevent injuries and ehnance performance.

  • Teen Girl Lift

    A 1 hour class designed to help teen girls get more comfortable using weights and getting strong. Perfect for athletes wanting to improve strength, stability, power, speed, and body control.

    Classes are run at Friendship Fitness and are currently held Mondays at 3:15pm and Saturdays at 10:45am.

  • Injury prevention and performance

    Want to have your body be its best so that you can feel good and perform at a high level? I love working with athletes to do just this! Often, we start with a movement screen and review goals so that you get the perfect plan. Injury prevention and performance work can be done in person or remote.

  • Group Workshops

    I offer a variety of workshops to help teams and groups be their very best. Common workshops include teaching CrossFitters gymnastics skills, helping your team of young athletes work to keep their bodies healthy, and helping to improve the culture in your gym- there is something for everyone!

  • Custom Programming

    This is an awesome option for anyone who needs/wants consistent progression and touchpoints to improve strength, have better form, workout while inured, or recover from injury without the need for multiple in person visits/week. We will start with an assessment to get good grasp on what your goals are then get to work from there!

  • Virtual prehab program

    Get 3 days/week of the very best prehab exercises to feel and perform your best! This program is delivered through an app and uses minimal equipment.

  • Healthy Gymnast academy

    The Healthy Gymnast Academy is a 12 week program that encompasses all aspects of being a healthy and successful gymnast. It runs 3x/year.

  • Initial assessments/movement screens are $120

    Follow-ups are $100

    Seminars, personalized programs, and group sessions vary based on what we are doing.

  • I do not. While I can accept HSA cards and there are options for you to submit to insurance, I do not do any insurance billing. If you would like to learn more about that you can read my blog post HERE.

  • Yes! I love to treat post-op! Often people are concerned about cost of cash PT after surgery, but I am happy to discuss a post-op package.

  • Absolutely not! While I do have gymnastics expertise, I see all people who want to feel better, get stronger, and get back to activity. I make it a goal to learn what the patient’s goals are and do my best to have them meet those. I might not be an expert in all sports, but I promise I AM an expert in movement and will study what I need to to help you with any specifics for your sport.
