Butts & Guts 1

Each week on my IG I have been trying to post a good core and butt work out for people to do on their own...and thought "why not put a more detailed version here?!"So here ya go! :)25 of each:

  • Upper body crunches
  • hip rolls
  • side uppers
  • side lowers (do on both sides!)
  • upper body arch ups
  • lower body arch ups

I did 25 of each...but if you think that is hard...cut it down...maybe go through the whole thing with 2x10...OR maybe you are super strong and you could do like 50!  Just work to your ability!Really very few modifications!  If you think it too hard to do the hip rollers with straight legs (really it should just be a pelvic tilt!
